Nourishing Veterans, Inspiring Lasting Hope

Nourish & Heal Foundation Inc. was born from love, service, and remembrance. Our mission is deeply inspired by two extraordinary veterans whose lives continue to guide everything we do: Leonard Calvin Johnson Jr. and Patrick Hahn.

Leonard served his country during the Vietnam War with honor, humility, and unwavering dedication. Throughout his life, he continued serving others through his work, his family, and his community. He believed in hard work, integrity, and caring for those around him without seeking recognition. His legacy reminds us that service does not end when the uniform comes off—it lives on through compassion, sacrifice, and a commitment to helping others.

Patrick answered the call to serve as a United States Marine at a young age, driven by an unshakable love for his country. Even after returning to civilian life, he carried the invisible burdens that so many veterans face. Though his life was tragically cut short, Patrick’s kindness, loyalty, and quiet strength continue to inspire us. His story is a powerful reminder that no veteran should ever have to face life’s challenges alone.

Together, Leonard and Patrick represent generations of service members who gave so much to protect our freedoms. Their stories remind us that supporting veterans means more than saying “thank you.” It means showing up with compassion, providing meals, building meaningful connections, and creating a community where every veteran knows they are valued, remembered, and never forgotten.

Their legacy is the heart of our foundation. Every meal we serve, every act of kindness we offer, and every life we touch is done in their honor and in honor of all who have served.
